At the far Northeast corner of Namibia lies the Vicariate of Rundu. Three Maryknollers are helping the Church there that was principally introduced by the German OMI Missionaries. Fr. Wayne Weinlader is in Rundu itself and although technically retired he labors tirelessly for the Vicariate and maintains soup kitchens for the local orphans and poor. Brothers Mark and Loren are working further east in Sacred Heart Parish of Nyangana. They are concentrating on assisting the parish priest Fr. Charles Mikaya  in developing the parish with a special focus on the youth and leadership. 

Biography Reflections Ministry Loren Beaudry from Albertville, Minnesota is assisting the youth of Nyangana Parish in developing activities' centers and sports programs.   Biography Reflections Ministry         Mark Gruenke from Minnesota is employing his talents as a teacher and computer wiz in the Parish of Nyangana.

Biography Reflections Ministry Wayne Weinlader is assisting many AIDS orphans and homeless children in Rundu. He has also created a website for the Namibian Catholic Bishops Conference.
